SHIPPING INFORMATION AND RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders will receive full tracking information via email and/or text message.

Orders may take 3-5 days to be created as all products are hand made or customized.
Orders arrive in 3-5 business days depending on your shipping choice and once they have been shipped.


If your order is lost within USPS or UPS, please contact the shipping company and file a claim. We have no control once it is in the hands of USPS OR UPS.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless an error was made in your order.

Example: Wrong item shipped.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive the incorrect item, so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or personalised items.
